A transcript is only the first step
A wall of text is hard to use. Pair a live transcript with an AI assistant and you can get a clean summary, action items and follow-up email in a minute.
Step by step
- Run Pendict during the meeting on the meeting tab.
- When it ends, copy the text or download the
.txtfile. - Paste it into your AI assistant with one of the prompts below.
Prompts to copy
- Summary: "Summarize this meeting in 8 bullet points. Keep names and numbers exact."
- Actions: "List every action item with the person responsible and any deadline mentioned."
- Decisions: "What was decided? What is still open?"
- Email: "Write a short follow-up email to the team based on this meeting."
- Minutes: "Turn this into formal meeting minutes with date, attendees (if named), topics and decisions."
Check before you share
Transcripts can contain mistakes in names and numbers. Read the summary against the original text for anything important, and do not paste confidential material into a tool your company has not approved.
Why this beats typing notes
You stay present in the conversation, nothing is missed, and the document is ready the moment the call ends.
